Homeschool Hours and Attendance Logs and Year-End Report
Here are monthly homeschool hours and attendance forms for you to record the time spent in all subjects for each student.

You can list the subjects, time spent, and whether the time spent was in core or non-core subjects, as well as if they were completed away from home.
These printables match up exactly to Missouri’s homeschool record keeping laws, but they also match or exceed many other states’ standards.
A handy “minutes to decimals” conversion chart is also printed at the bottom of each monthly page to help you quickly record your homeschooling hours.
Do you live in a state that also requires you to keep a portfolio? My friend Sara has the best homeschool portfolio template and tips to make it super easy!
If your kids practice music for lessons, you may also want to keep a separate record of that time. If so, use these free printable piano practice tracking sheets.

These homeschool hours and attendance logs and reports printables are a part of our Homeschool Mom Planner Bundle.
You can also get just these homeschool hours and attendance logs and year-end report printables by themselves in separate downloads in the Free Resource Library
