Read about Joseph and his brothers in Genesis 37 and 45
Bible Memory Verse: Ephesians 4:32
Discussion Questions:
Was Joseph angry with his brothers?
Why did he forgive them?
Are there times we do things wrong?
Who forgives our sins?
Think about a time someone has done something against you.
Who forgives their sins?
Read the memory verse.
Why should you forgive people who do things that hurt you?
Activity:
Draw a cross. Inside the cross, write things you have done wrong (your sins). Jesus paid for your sins, so color in your cross to show that your sins are taken away.
Draw a heart next to the cross. Inside the heart, write something you need to forgive someone for. Color in the heart to show that you forgive out of love.
