You or your student can fill out this homeschool field trip report each time you’ve gone on a homeschooling adventure for your homeschool record-keeping, either for your official state records, or just as a way to preserve your memories. Use one form for each outing.
There is space to record the date and location, main learning points, subjects covered, and the trip highlights, as well as a space to add photos (or let your kids draw a picture of what they saw and did) on this form.
