Each week, you will read one short chapter in In God We Trust,
and supplement the biographical material with further enrichment activities.
You will create a notebook as you go, with narrations of what you learn,
copywork related to the topic, Bible verses that fit in with the subject,
and other information that is pertinent. While optional, the activity
books listed are wonderful additions to the study. The books are fully
reproducible, so you can make copies for each of your children, and
they can add them to their notebooks. They may enjoy coloring them while
you read aloud to them, if they are younger. There is additional reading
from the other core texts that compliments the material in In God
We Trust, and there are other read aloud titles listed for some
chapters as well. You will also place a timeline
figure for each chapter.
