Gardening Fever

I know it’s only January, but I can’t help dreaming about and planning our garden. I have been pouring over the seed catalogs and craving fresh tomatoes. Last year, I started using some heirloom seeds in the garden and saved some seeds for this year. I wanted to make sure the seeds would germinate so I put them in a damp paper towel last week and then inside a plastic baggie. I was so excited to find that they have, indeed, sprouted!
